In April of 2011, the first annual Dream Team trek took place, with a group of 19 people joining Dream Mountains founder Shawn Dawson in Africa, climbing to the summit of Kilimanjaro, the tallest freestanding mountain in the world. The 2011 Dream Team raised over $100,000 for the Dream Mountains charities!
